Calm + Restore… a soothing yoga class designed to help you unwind and recharge. Through slow, intentional movements and deep breathing techniques, this class focuses on movement, relaxation and mindfulness. This is a practice for every body…no prior yoga experience necessary. Ultimately, the one question behind almost every decision is very basic—just because someone is capable of accomplishing something, should they? Teen Hang-Out: Liverpool Rummy – Shuffle, Deal, Conquer (Ages 11-18)
Liverpool Rummy - also called Progressive Rummy - is a multi-player, multi-round card game. The objective is to be holding the lowest valued cards at the end of each deal. At the end of each deal the score for each player is written down, and the player with the lowest total score at the end of the seven deals wins the game! So go grab some friends and get competitive! Each year, volunteers visit designated sites in Manitowoc County to count courting sandhills in a coordinated effort. Only a few Sandhill Cranes were left in Wisconsin in the 1930's, but due to protection, their population now exceeds 10,000. Take An Alpaca for A Walk
Ages 9 and up can take an alpaca for a walk for up to 15 minutes on a lead line in the pasture with a staff member for $25 plus tax. Ages 9-15 also require adult supervision.
