Trick or Treating City of Manitowoc

The City of Manitowoc’s 2024 trick-or-treating event will take place on Thursday, October 31, from 5–7 PM. If you want to participate, you can turn on your porch light.
Here are some safety tips for trick-or-treating:
Travel with an adult.
Bring a flashlight or reflective gear.
Only visit homes with porch lights on.
Never enter a stranger’s home.
Sort your candy before eating.
