CelebrateArbor Day with Woodland Dunes Nature Center! Walk with our Land ManagementCoordinator to learn about the trees along the trail and then, if interested,help plant a few trees on our Preserve. The walk will cover tree id,tree planting here at the Dunes, and tree uses by humans and critters. Thetrail walk is about a mile and then some additional walking if you stay toplant. Bonus! Attendees can take one tree home to plant! The trail andplanting site conditions may be muddy, boots are recommended as well as gloves (ifplanting). Registration required by Tuesday, April 25^th,meeting place will be determined closer to the date of the program.
