Three Sisters Gardening

July 24 @ 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Manitowoc Public Library

Balkansky Community Room ABC

Wednesday, July 24, 2024, 2:30pm – 3:30pm

Please join us for this ALL AGES program.

Indigenous peoples have used a wide range of agricultural techniques. Perhaps the best known is the interplanting of corn, beans, and squash together — a trio often referred to as the “three sisters.”

Join Nathaniel Gerhardt, Cultural Educator from the Oneida Museum, to learn about the three sisters and plant a trio of your own.
