The City of Manitowoc’s Trick or Treating is set for 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 – Halloween! Turn on your porch light if you wish to participate.
Trick or treaters can stay safe and ensure a “gourd” time with these tips:
-Travel with an adult
-Bring a flash light
-Only visit well lit homes
-Never enter a strangers home
-Sort your candy before eating
