Take a guided night hike to see the moon rise over Lake Michigan.

The October full moon is often called Hunters Moon, and was sometimes called Freezing Moon by Native American tribes. The trail is fairly flat and the hike parallels Molash Creek part of the way. Out and back total of 2.8 miles. Bring a flashlight or headlamp. Meet in the parking area at the intersection of Hwy O and Viceroy Road.

We will traverse a couple of trail reroutes caused by water intrusion over the past three years.  The view at the lake has been called breath taking.
