Jersey Valley Cheese will be on site giving samples of their A2 cheese. Visit to learn the benefits of this unique kind of milk.

There will be various hands-on activities throughout the building, including a milk swirl experiment, following the journey of milk from cow to carton, and learning the importance of a dairy cow’s diet.

Family and friends will also get the opportunity to pet and take photos with an adorable calf.

In addition, guests can get a signed copy of author Chase Pagel’s book, Rosco’s Sweet Treats. Pagel’s story highlights the journey of her daughter raising their steer, Rosco, and discovering his favorite treat. Can you guess what it might be?
