Join veteran cheese maker Mark Stecker to find out how simple it is to make cheese, what makes for a good cheese, and sample several simple styles of cheese.

Ages 12+ (children under 16 must register with an adult).

Check in at the McAllister House Welcome Center by 9:45 a.m. Please note that class size is limited.

Advanced registration required. Registration opens on February 15 for Non-members and February 1 for MCHS Members. Workshop fee is $20 for Non-members. MCHS Members receive a 15% discount.
