There truly is no better time to join together in oneness! To replenish and fill your cup. To enjoy yoga out in beautiful nature as nature is healing. Coming together in community is healing.

Theresa Marie Falvey, 550 hour Certified Yoga Instructor will be guiding you on a 90 minute yoga experience. All experiences of yoga are welcome.

Scott Aulik, from Maritime Ford has been kind enough to donate his time and energy to equip us with our DJ needs. He will be making sure the tunes stay flowing throughout class. Big Thanks to him!
