A Victorian Mansion built in 1891, listed on National Register of Historic Places and accredited by the American Association of Museums. Galleries feature changing exhibitions and a collection of American Art. This is the site of Sputnikfest, as a piece of Sputnik IV landed in front of the Mansion in 1962. Named one of USA Today’s “10 Great Places to See Art in Smaller Cities,” the museum features a World Class Art Collection.

The Lakeshore Wind Ensemble and Lakeshore Big Band celebrate 35 years of Music on the Lakeshore! We are comprised of community and student musicians led by conductors Dr. Marc Sackman and Paul Sucherman. The LWE performs dramatic classical works and rousing marches, the LBB performs instrumental hits of the big band era as well as contemporary tunes written in the "big band" style. Several vocal and guest instrumental soloists from across the country are featured, bringing a special excitement to the concerts with their talents.
