Meeting rooms 2 and 3 are wheelchair accessible via elevator. Meeting room 1 is not.

Availability:
Meeting rooms are subject to availability on first come first served basis. The Rahr-West Art Museum reserves the right to reconsider the use of the facility.
Cancellations:
Rahr-West Art Museum must be notified of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance or fees will not be refunded. Exceptions to this would be due to inclement weather.
Meeting rooms are available:
Meeting rooms are available during regular open hours of the museum and needs to include your set-up/clean-up time. Staff is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Regular open hours:
Regular open hours are Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturday & Sunday 11:00 to 4:00; Closed Mondays
Set up and clean up:
Set up and clean up should be completed within agreed rental times. We are willing to accommodate your needs as much as possible, however, any exceptions to the above times must be pre-approved by the museum administrative personnel.
Food & Beverages
We request that food and beverages be kept to a minimum and remain in the rooms that are requested for use. All clean up is the responsibility of the user.
Messages and contacts
If you are using the facility for an entire day, please make provisions for outside calls. Museum staff will take messages that may be periodically retrieved from the reception desk, but they will not be able to locate participants or transfer messages unless the situation is an emergency.
Storage:
Storage space for equipment and supplies is not available. The museum cannot be responsible for items left by groups that meet regularly. Please remove all items after each meeting.
Use of museum equipment:
Equipment provided by the museum should be properly cared for and handled by experienced users. Museum staff will handle set-up and movement of museum equipment.
Damages:
Although we expect all users of the museum to assist in maintaining the integrity of the facility, we request that any damages to museum property be reported immediately to the staff on hand. The museum is a non-smoking facility.
General:
Wi-fi is available throughout the facility.
