Grab your Halloween costume and join us for a safe trick-or-treating event in the Briess parking lot across the street from Manitowoc Public Library!
Get treats and check out some great organizations in our community! This is one spooktacular event you will not want to miss! Trunk or Treat is a FREE event hosted by Manitowoc Public Library.
In case of inclement weather, this event will be canceled.
