Ever wondered if you could run that community 5K? Or maybe it’s been a while and you just want to ease back into running. Have you thought about becoming a runner but didn’t know where to start? Find out how to tackle these questions in our 13-week “Couch to 5K” program! Join Personal Trainer Molly Wall and your friends for weekly tips on how to be a successful runner.

Bike A Century-
September 12 through November 13
This program allows you to choose from 100 miles spread across nine weeks (11.5 miles per week) OR two indoor cycling classes per week for nine weeks.

Choose your Own Aqua Adventure-
November 14 through December 24
This program allows you to choose from 216 laps (three miles) spread across six weeks (36 laps per week) OR two water classes or family swim times per week for six weeks.
