Sub Space Sounds: A Sound Bath Experience
July 19 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Hosted By Wisconsin Maritime Museum and Balance on Buffalo – at Wisconsin Maritime Museum
A Sound Nidra Experience under the Stars on the Roof Top of the Wisconsin Maritime Museum. Join us under the stars and through the cosmos, snuggled onto the rooftop. A sacred space of SOUND & VIBRATION will offer a variety of tones to peak the curiosity of the mind while allowing the body to align into a balanced stillness beneath the stars. Listen to the etheral sound of gongs and Tibetan singing bowls, notice the shifts in the body as the chakra alignment tubes sing together, a variety of tones and timbres all played to quiet the mind and allow us to feel into each moment.
Gina Armstrong, owner of Balance on Buffalo, has trained extensively with Sound and Vibration Pioneers, Peter Hess (Germany), Fabian Maman (Switzerland) and Mitch Nur (USA) among others. She has spent a lifetime weaving music and sound through her life and has a keen knowing of how to use sound and vibration to create a safe space for those that resonate with this gentle practice.
Karen Simcik, Peter Hess Practitioner since, going immersion participant (Mitch Nur) and Kundalini Yoga Teacher will join Gina in creating this amazing event suitable for all. $20 Early Bird, $25 After July 1st, $30 at the door.
