Join Rick Couron, owner of the Hearty Olive in downtown Manitowoc, and LondonDairy Alpacas for an educational and fun evening learning about the benefits and uses of olive oils, especially those from Peru and Chile (the homeland of the alpacas), and what makes those oils in particular very unique. Taste 5 different oils and pair them with a hearty bread. Bottles of oil will be available for purchase as well. Then taste 4 different, exclusive, boutique South American wines from Chile and Argentina, and enjoy a glass of your favorite one. Learn about the unique vineyards from those countries causing the wines just a bit sweeter and full bodied than other sources. You must be 21 years old to attend this event. Seating is limited.
