Burger Boat Company will host an Open House and Launch Ceremony at its shipyard at 1811 Spring Street in Manitowoc, Wis., on Saturday, Aug. 13, 2022 to celebrate the completion of its newest commercial vessel.
Open House: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Launch Ceremony: 1:15 p.m. – 2 p.m.

After our Open House, celebrate the Launch Ceremony of NEEBISH ISLANDER III with us!
NEEBISH ISLANDER III is a new vehicle and passenger ferry built for the Eastern Upper Peninsula Transportation Authority (EUPTA), which is located in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich. The 92-foot U.S.-made steel ferry will operate year-round on the St. Mary’s River in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula between Barbeau, Mich., and Neebish Island.
There will be food trucks and a booth from the Wisconsin Maritime Museum.
The event will conclude at the end of the Launch Ceremony.
