Join us for a 5 Course Dinner featuring Central Waters! 21+only.

Doors open at 5:30, and the first course will be served at 6.

We will be pairing the following five beers from Central Waters Brewing with tasty, made-from-scratch Ryan’s fare:

· Fall Salad with Cranberries paired with  Oktoberfest
· Berkshire Pork Loin paired with  Peach Bellini IPA
· Salmon with Apple Ginger Relish paired with  Honey Blonde Ale
· Brisket with Polenta & Apple Chutney paired with  Ouisconsing Red
· Roasted Plum with Sautéed Fennel & Coffee Ice Cream paired with  Vanilla Rye Stout

Tickets are $70, and include the tastings, dinner, and gratuity. They are only available on EventBrite.

All of our food is ordered special for this event, so there will be no refunds for no-shows.
