Martians are worried that their children have become too bored and joyless, obsessed with Earth TV shows. To fix this, the Martian leader Chochem suggests bringing the fun of Santa Claus to Mars!  So, Lord Kimar leads an expedition to Earth, where they kidnap two children, take them to the North Pole, and capture the real Santa Claus, hoping he can bring joy to the Martian kids.
